Exceptional indoor pool experience

the room was a letdown, absolutely filled with dust and crumbs, I almost thought it was a trash bin. also, the AC was weaker than my grandma’s old fan, yet they seemed to think I should just deal with it. add to that, I expected at least a complimentary treat for my troubles, but it didn’t happen, sadly, it definitely ruined my vibe.

I loved having a balcony to relax on. The beds were super comfy, especially with those feather pillows. The bathroom was large, too, with a double sink and plenty of storage. housekeeping was a bit stingy on towels and toiletries, which was annoying. For the price, I expected a bit more in that department.

The indoor pool is a nice touch. it’s warm and inviting, making for a comfortable swim even in cooler weather. The breakfast spread features a fantastic selection of Dutch specialties, including fresh cheeses and pastries that set a solid tone for the day.

The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with old stains in the bathroom and missing toiletries that should’ve been stocked beforehand. AC issues made the room stifling, requiring us to figure out the ventilation ourselves, which is frustrating in a supposed retreat. A lack of attention to detail is apparent. for a family stay, there were only two towels available, which just doesn’t cut it when more should be standard. the noise from outside traffic and rowdy guests disrupted the otherwise tranquil stay, making relaxation difficult.

Comfortable room, great amenities, including a well-maintained fitness centre and free parking, provided a satisfying stay that allowed me to unwind after exploring the surrounding area.
